We are local, we operate from bases in Chiswick and Uxbridge, and only cover areas we can easily reach.

We only use staff employed by our company, never contractors, and pay them for the quality of their work, not the quantity. 

We carry 1 million pounds of public liability insurance to protect our customers.

We visit you using vehicles equipped with a comprehensive set of tools and fittings.  This allows us to complete most jobs without having to obtain parts. 

Once we start a job, we aim to complete it in one visit.  If subsequent visits are needed, they will be at agreed times.

We will always turn up when we have agreed to, in the case of unforseen holdups, we will always attempt to contact you.

If our work is defective, we will put it right at no charge at the earliest opportunity (generally days, not weeks.)
