Rates:

Our standard labour charge is £40 per hour inclusive.  We bill by the half hour after the first hour.

You only pay for time on site plus any shopping (see below).

Payment:

Is accepted in cash or by cheque (with a valid cheque card) in full at the completion of the job.   

Shopping:

We are frequently asked to refurbish furniture, or decorate, which of course requires us to use specific parts.  We can either :

• Shop for you, at our normal rates (not a bad option as we will be quick and accurate.  Second shop visits are free.)

• Help you to use catalogue or online services to deliver to your door.

• Advise you on purchasing the goods yourself.

Paying for parts:

All parts supplied by us will be charged at cost price i.e. you pay what we pay.

If you ask us to purchase large items, we may ask for payment before the goods are purchased. Receipts will be provided for warranted items.

Larger jobs:

Fixed pricing may be offered if you wish, for larger projects such as kitchen fitting.

Normal Hours:

Normally 9-6 Mon-Fri.

We prefer not to work evenings and weekends, but call us if this is a requirement.
